VAT and Pricing Information

All our prices include VAT (Polish), and our warehouse is located in Poland (a member of the European Union). There are no customs duties within the EU. Prices in our store for US-imported products (like COOC olive oil and Nemechek products) include all customs duties and EU taxes.

New EU Regulation: The One Stop Shop

According to the new regulation of the European Union, effective from July 1, 2021 (The One Stop Shop), we are obliged to issue an invoice with the VAT rate and to pay this tax to the country of the ordering party.

So far, our store is not technically prepared to add the consumer's country VAT during the online buying process, so we cannot offer any discount for EU customers. The prices in our store include the very low VAT rate applicable in Poland (for example, extra virgin olive oil = 5%). In cases of orders from countries with very high VAT rates, we sometimes must pay extra for these transactions.
