Important Notice, Custom Clearance (Outside European Union) :

Pricing DOES NOT include customs duties or associated fees. We have no control over your country's customs policies. Our obligation is to provide customs documentation that aligns with your order. This documentation lists each item ordered, their corresponding customs codes, and the total order value, which includes the cost of goods and shipping. Attached to this documentation is your payment confirmation. It is likely that your customs office will verify the charge on your payment card, so it is essential that all details are accurate and match. We do not declare items as 'gifts' or 'samples' on customs forms, as doing so constitutes a customs violation. Please note that customs duties in every country are calculated based on the total value of the ordered products, including delivery costs. We ship worldwide, excluding Russia and Belarus. For Ukrainian customers, we recommend using the Ukraine Express service

International (outside European Union) Shipping Costs and Procedures

The cost of international shipping depends on the gross weight of the ordered goods. The system continuously calculates the weight of the products in the basket and applies the algorithm according to the shipping price list. You can track your parcel on the TNT/Fedex website.

When you order products from us, you can be assured we will ship your merchandise with the utmost care. We use only the best shipping processes to deliver products right to your door.

Most European and outside EU orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday-Friday.

Shipping Rates and Worldwide Delivery

Shipping Rates
The rate charged for shipping your order is based on the weight/volume of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown the cost of shipping, and you will have the opportunity to not place your order if you decide not to. Please note that delivery time is based on "business" days. For example, if you place an order on Sunday, we cannot ship the item the same day as all shippers are closed.

Worldwide Delivery
We do not deliver on weekends and holidays. If your recipient is not present at the time of delivery, TNT/Fedex will automatically re-deliver the next business day. If the recipient is still not present the next day, TNT/Fedex will leave a note on the door with the package's tracking number and the local phone number of the nearest TNT/Fedex agency. It will be up to the recipient to contact the local TNT/Fedex office and schedule a delivery appointment.

UK Customers (Fedex article link)
Info from UK custom house (state on 01.2023): For shipments of goods with a value in excess of £135 (>150€) including product value and shipping cost, the UK buyer will be regarded as the importer. Import VAT applies at the UK border and is borne by the UK buyer. For Extra Virgin Olive Oil CN15091020, Now/Nordic products CN 210690, VAT in UK is 20%. The Deferment Processing Fee (DPF) is an administration fee for the use of a deferment account. The DPF is calculated on the following tariff: £0-£400=£20.00+20% VAT / shipping, £400.01 and over 5% of the amount invoiced +20% VAT. Example: order from UK customer EVOO value 148.65€ + shipping cost 16.46€ = 165.11€, Customer had to pay 56.38£ (2.52£ duties type, 29.86£ UK VAT, 20£ DPF Fee, 4£ VAT DPF Fee).

India Customers
We cannot label sales as a gift for customs duties purposes. Transportation cost is also considered in the custom charges. Please note that the customs clearance process may delay delivery. While choosing the DHL service instead of TNT/Fedex, please write your GSTN number in the notes. Information from the Indian customs agency: NON IEC Importer who has imported items on a personal name will be assessed on merit. Duty charge CTH 98049000 is 35%+10%+28% = overall 77.28%. The IEC (Importer Exporter Code) number is a 10-digit code number given to an exporter or importer by the regional office of the Director General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), Department of Commerce, Government of India.

US Customers
Due to the stringent customs policies of the USA, we recommend purchasing at least one item with an FDA (Food and Drug Administration) certification in your order, such as Pamako, Terra Creta, Eliama, or Holiston olive oil. The US Customs Office often requires the inclusion of an FDA certificate.

Tracking Your Package

Tracking your package
You will receive your tracking number via email upon shipment and we will keep you informed of the progress of your package each step of the way until final delivery. A delivery receipt notification will be emailed to you within 3 hours of delivery with the name of the consignee and the local time of delivery. Our monitoring service tracks each package in real-time as soon as they are shipped. If there is a delay (or the possibility of a delay) in delivery, we will know right away and will contact you accordingly.

Product Availability
All products are available in our warehouse in Poland (European Union). If we anticipate any delay in shipment or if a product is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you immediately via email.
