Description
Ellis Farm Extra Virgin olive oil comes from a family olive grove, located in the very center of Crete in the area of Agia Varvara, south of Heraklion. The olive trees of the Koroneiki variety grow in pristine mountainous areas at an altitude of over 600 meters above sea level. Immediately after pressing, the oil is transferred to nitrogen-filled stainless steel tanks and stored at a constant temperature of 12-15 oC.
Thanks to its lipid profile, it is the basic source of fats in the diet of health-conscious people. The right approach to cultivation, harvesting and individual stages of processing makes Ellis Farm oils unique in nature, bouquet, balance and richness of health-promoting ingredients. Perfectly balanced bitterness and spiciness perfectly complement the taste of the prepared dishes.
