Glass Lid with Handle
The lid with a handle is used to protect the olive oil from external factors and facilitates the evaluation of the oil through smell. It is made of blown glass.
Compatible with Professional Olive Oil Tasting Vessel
This vessel is an official international tool for olive oil tasting, produced in accordance with the official standard: COI/T.20/Doc.No 5/Rev.2 2020.
The blue glass is designed to prevent color influence during tasting, as the color of olive oil is not an indicator of quality. The balloon shape at the bottom and the narrow opening allow the hand to be placed in such a way as to gently warm the oil. This enables the taster to detect the release of aromas and scents.
It is recommended that samples be at a temperature between 26-30°C.
