Description
Physis of Crete 0.2 Extra virgin olive oil with very low acidity (max 0.29%) and fruity aroma. Obtained directly from selected olives and mechanical means. Koroneiki variety produced every year from families that have tradition in the production of premium quality extra virgin olive oil.
Ideal for Mediteranean diet. Excellent for salads and cooking.
About Physis of Crete
The Asmarianakis family has been active in the standardization of extra virgin olive oil and olive paste for 15 years. We rendered our production and standardization facility open to the public from the beginning of its creation, responding to the interest of modern tourism in olive oil production and tasting.
Physis of Crete is a family business, engaged in the production and preparation of olive oil of exceptional quality homemade such as those found in every Cretan house. Extra virgin olive oil of superior category, Tapenades from black and green olives and olives are the best natural products the Cretan land can offer us .
The olive groves and our families in the region of Mirabello in Lassithi Eastern Crete. Every year from late November to February we collect olive oil crop, which we grow with respect and care.
We have created an exemplary facility for the bottling of oil, table olives and olive paste which is situated in a spacious location of 1200m2 and is open to the public.
