Cretan Mountains it is high quality evoo from olive trees up to 400m. It is with fruity aroma and wild herbs aroma because around of the olive trees are wild thyme ans sage. Low acidity until 0.35% ,its excellent for salad and cooking.
The harvest period is 15 November to 15 December in south east Crete
