Agoureleo is a unique, limited-edition olive oil, cold-pressed from unripe green olives harvested as early as October – during the very first harvest of the season. This process preserves the maximum amount of valuable nutrients and the characteristic flavor of young olives.
The high chlorophyll content gives it an intense green color, noticeable bitterness, and gentle spiciness. Combined with a fresh fruity aroma, it makes an olive oil perfect for enjoying raw – as a salad dressing, with bread, or as a finishing touch for dishes.
Agoureleo is distinguished by its very high level of polyphenols – natural antioxidants found only in green, unripe olives. It is also a rich source of vitamins, minerals, and Omega-3 fatty acids.
Producing 1 liter of this oil requires around 12 kg of small, unripe olives. The oil is unfiltered – the natural sediment visible in the bottle confirms its authenticity and minimal processing.
