Physis of Crete extra virgin olive oil, early harvest Agoureleo 500ml (new season 2025/2026)
Description
Agoureleo Olive Oil – Physis of Crete
Agoureleo is a unique, limited edition extra virgin olive oil cold-pressed from unripe green olives from the first, early harvest. The hand-picked fruit has the highest content of natural antioxidants, thanks to which the oil retains its intense flavour, freshness and full nutritional value.
Oil from unripe olives – the essence of nature
Thanks to its high chlorophyll content, Agoureleo has a deep green colour and a distinct flavour dominated by notes of freshly cut grass, artichoke and green apple. It is distinguished by a noticeable bitterness and delicate spiciness, indicating the presence of valuable polyphenols and the freshness of the fruit. This is the true taste of young oil – intense, pure and full of life.
High content of polyphenols and natural antioxidants
Early pressing preserves the exceptionally high content of polyphenols – natural antioxidants that support the circulatory system and help protect cells from oxidative stress. Agoureleo is also a source of vitamins E and K, unsaturated Omega-3 and Omega-9 fatty acids, and valuable microelements.
Natural production and authenticity
It takes about 12 kg of small, unripe Koroneiki olives to produce 1 litre of oil. The pressing process takes place at a low temperature, within a few hours of harvesting, without the use of chemicals or filtration. The sediment visible in the bottle is a natural phenomenon confirming minimal interference with the product and its complete authenticity.
Culinary use
Agoureleo tastes best when used raw – it enhances the aroma of fresh vegetables, salads, bread and cheese. It is ideal for finishing ready-made dishes, especially grilled fish and meat. Its intense, fresh profile adds depth and elegance to dishes, characteristic of early harvest oils.
