Description
Prepared at a temperature below 40°C, unprocessed carob flour can be used on its own or as an addition to other flours. It is a natural sweetener rich in calcium, phosphorus, potassium, carbohydrates, protein, magnesium, and vitamins A, B, and D, as well as other trace elements.
Carob products are: organic, gluten-free, caffeine-free, suitable for vegetarians and vegans, and contain no fats, salt, or added sugars.
