Kali Agri Toscano Blend is an organic, ultra premium extra virgin olive oil made from early harvest olives grown on certified organic hills in Tuscany. The oil has official Toscano PGI (IGP) certification, confirming its origin, cultivation method and compliance with Disciplinare Toscano.

The product is made from a traditional blend of Tuscan varieties Leccino, Frantoio, Moraiolo and Pendolino. This composition reflects the classic model of Tuscan groves from before the era of planting trees separately according to their species. This blend produces an oil with a multi-layered and intensely green character.

Early harvest – high concentration of polyphenols and vitamins

The oil is made exclusively from fruits harvested very early, when they have the highest content of natural bioactive compounds. Early harvesting ensures:

  • high polyphenol content,
  • high levels of vitamin E and natural antioxidants,
  • an intense and fresh aromatic profile,
  • full health benefits.

This is one of the most distinctive and concentrated oils in the entire Kali Agri range.

Flavour profile – authentic Tuscany in an intense form

The Toscano blend is characterised by a strong and fresh profile typical of the region:

  • highly intense green fruitiness,
  • distinct bitterness and spiciness,
  • notes of fresh herbs, green grass and rocket,
  • aromas of artichoke, green almond and pepper.

This is an oil with great depth and harmony – ideal for Mediterranean cuisine and dishes that require an intense accent.

Production process – Mori-Tem mill with Flavour Crusher technology

All stages of production take place on site at the Kali Agri farm. The olives are sent to the mill immediately after harvesting, which allows the raw material to retain its full freshness.

The production process uses a modern Mori-Tem mill equipped with the Flavour Crusher system, which:

  • minimises the contact of the olive paste with oxygen,
  • improves the extraction of natural polyphenols,
  • protects delicate aromatic compounds,
  • increases the stability and nutritional value of the oil.

The combination of organic farming, early harvesting and premium technology gives the oil its unique character and high antioxidant activity.
