Where We Ship — Worldwide Customers Map

Kreta24 ships from Gliwice, Poland to over 60 countries on six continents. The map below shows the places where our customers have already received their orders — from Berlin to Boston, from Dublin to Dubai, from Tokyo to Toronto. Every pin represents a real delivery.

How we ship. Most international orders go by FedEx, with DHL available as an alternative for selected destinations (e.g. India — see our Worldwide Shipping page for country-specific notes). For Ukraine we use Nova Post. Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours, Monday to Friday, with full customs documentation including commercial invoice, commodity codes and — for shipments to the USA — FDA Prior Notice.

Where we do not ship. Russia and Belarus. Alcoholic beverages (wines, raki, tsipouro) can only be sold and shipped within Poland due to excise duty regulations.
