Product description

Atsas Silver Edition is a certified organic extra virgin olive oil produced in Cyprus from Koroneiki olives. The oil comes from an early, manual harvest (October 2025) and is cold-pressed, without filtration, which allows it to retain its natural phenolic compound profile.

Silver Edition is characterised by a high, laboratory-confirmed content of polyphenols, with a milder spiciness profile compared to the Gold edition.

Current laboratory test results (NMR – 2025 collection)

According to Certificate of Analysis No. C2526-00152, the test performed on 20 October 2025 by the National and Kapodistrian University ofAthens showed the following values:

• Total polyphenols analysed: 2,111 mg/kg
• Oleocanthal: 229 mg/kg
• Oleacein: 204 mg/kg
• Oleocanthal + Oleacein (Index D1): 433 mg/kg
• Total tyrosol derivatives: 1,104 mg/kg
• Total hydroxytyrosol derivatives: 1,007 mg/kg

Daily consumption of 20 g of the analysed oil provides 42.23 mg of hydroxytyrosol, tyrosol or their derivatives, which meets the criteria for protecting blood lipids from oxidative stress in accordance with EU Regulation 432/2012.
