Product description

Atsas Food Supplement Edition is a certified organic extra virgin olive oil with a very high content of phenolic compounds, prepared in the form of precisely measured portions for daily consumption. The oil is produced from Kalamon olives, harvested by hand at a very early stage of ripeness and cold-pressed without filtration, which allows for maximum concentration of natural bioactive phenols, including oleocanthal and oleacein.

The product has been divided into 15 single-use portions of 5 ml each, which allows for convenient and repeatable consumption and ensures optimal protection of the oil from light and oxygen until opened.

Phenolic compound content

The oil is characterised by a high content of phenols, in particular hydroxytyrosol and tyrosol derivatives, including oleocanthal and oleacein – natural compounds with antioxidant properties. Each batch of the product undergoes detailed laboratory analysis using spectroscopic and chromatographic methods in specialised scientific units.

Regular consumption of olive oil with a high content of these compounds contributes to the protection of blood lipids from oxidative stress, in accordance with the health claim specified in Commission Regulation (EU) No 432/2012. The current results of laboratory analyses are available in the form of a Certificate of Analysis for each batch of the product.
