About Evergetikon

Evergetikon is a brand of Greek natural cosmetics from Crete, handcrafted by the family-run workshop of Yiannis and Anna Skrafnakis. The brand was born from a simple belief: real skincare should come from the earth, not from a laboratory. The name itself means beneficent in Greek.

The story begins in the shade of centuries-old olive trees, on hills scented with oregano, sage and thyme. Yiannis grew up surrounded by his grandmother's remedies — a drop of olive oil and beeswax for a cut, an inhalation of rosemary and honey for a cold. He later worked at the Heraklion hospital in medical technology and sterilization, while his wife Anna is a chemist by training. One spring evening, the two of them sat down at the kitchen table of their old family home, surrounded by jars of lavender, sage, beeswax and raw olive oil — and Evergetikon was born. The workshop is now based in the village of Skalani, near the palace of Knossos.

The base of every product is Cretan extra virgin olive oil of edible-pure grade — rich in antioxidants, vitamin E, polyphenols, squalene and unsaturated fatty acids. It is paired with top-quality beeswax, aloe vera, Cretan dittany, labdanum, lavender, rose and extracts of wild Mediterranean herbs. Free from parabens, silicones, propylene glycol, mineral oils, phthalates, triclosan and synthetic preservatives.

Evergetikon serums — concentrated care

The Evergetikon serum line covers concentrated facial preparations and light, multi-purpose body and hair oils. Face serums are based on Cretan extra virgin olive oil, argan oil, wild rose oil and precious botanical extracts — moisturising, regenerating and antioxidant. The dry oil line for body and hair is a light, lightly scented spray serum that absorbs immediately and leaves no greasy residue.

Anti-wrinkle and restoring serum with wild rose and Cistus resin, 30 ml

A concentrated face serum with wild rose (Rosa canina) and labdanum resin from the Cretan rockrose. Wild rose is a natural source of vitamins A and C — it stimulates cell regeneration and reduces wrinkles. Labdanum deeply nourishes the skin, providing reshaping, moisturising and soothing properties. A rich blend of oils (argan, grape seed, olive, sweet almond, avocado, jojoba, monoi) supports elasticity and firmness. Apply a few drops to clean face and neck.

Anti-wrinkle serum with aloe vera and bitter orange blossom (neroli), 30 ml

An anti-wrinkle serum that reduces both surface and deep wrinkles. Targeted nourishment and hydration of all skin layers, rejuvenating and helping maintain freshness and elasticity. Aloe vera, labdanum and neroli essential oil from bitter orange blossoms penetrate the skin and act on cells — reducing wrinkles and supporting regeneration. Wild rose oil and argan oil reinforce the anti-aging effect. Firms and smoothes the complexion. Use daily under Evergetikon face cream to maximise the effect on the skin.

Anti-aging serum with collagen and sea buckthorn, 30 ml

An advanced anti-aging serum with high-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid (over 1,000,000 daltons), plant collagen and sea buckthorn. The rich composition works in the deeper layers of the skin — moisturising, antioxidant and anti-aging. Collagen helps the skin regain its lost elasticity while feeding it deeply. With daily use, wrinkles and fine expression lines diminish and the skin becomes fresher and more elastic. Suitable for face, under-eyes and neck. Acts catalytically on tired, dehydrated and mature skin.

Enriched with evening primrose oil, avocado oil, green tea extract, vitamin E and Damask rose oil. Apply a small amount to the face and neck in the morning or evening.
