Greco organic figs come from a selection of the best of 12 varieties grown in Greece. The ripe fruit is harvested by hand at the peak of the season, then traditionally sun-dried and vacuum-packed to preserve its natural aroma, juiciness and valuable nutrients. It is a healthy, sweet snack, ideal at work, after lunch or with a cup of coffee or tea.

- Rich in calcium – 162–200 mg/100 g; supports bones and teeth, helps prevent osteoporosis.
