HOLISTON Premium Phenolic is a limited edition, unfiltered extra virgin olive oil from the Greek island of Rhodes, in the heart of the Aegean Sea – a place with a unique climate, strong sunshine and mineral soils that promote the natural concentration of polyphenols and bioactive compounds in olives. This oil is a functional food, clearly going beyond standard extra virgin olive oils.
Holiston Premium is made from 100% Koroneiki olives – one of the most prized Greek olive varieties, known for its high stability, intense aroma and naturally elevated polyphenol levels.
The product is available in two versions: Premium Phenolic and Ultra Premium Phenolic – differing in aroma intensity, flavour profile and polyphenol content, but sharing the same unique origin and high quality of raw material. The Ultra Premium version is a carefully selected blend of Olympia and Koroneiki varieties, combining the structure and depth of the Olympia variety with the phenolic potential of Koroneiki.
