KALI offers certified organic Toscano PGI (IGP) extra virgin olive oil, produced exclusively from the Leccino variety, one of the most prized Tuscan varieties. The entire plantation is certified organic, and the olives are grown without chemicals, in a fully organic manner, respecting natural agricultural processes.

Bag-in-Box packaging – maximum freshness protection

Kali Agri olive oil is sealed in modern Bag-in-Box packaging, which provides much better quality protection than traditional glass. Inside the box is a multi-layer bag that is resistant to light, oxygen and moisture, and an anti-glug valve allows pouring without aeration. The bag collapses as the oil is used up, so air access is virtually eliminated.

In addition, each package is filled with argon, an inert gas used in winemaking and the food industry, which displaces oxygen and protects the oil from oxidation from the moment it is filled.

This solution ensures:

  • maximum freshness and slower degradation of polyphenols,
  • the best protection against oxygen and light, key factors in oil spoilage,
  • convenient, precise pouring without spillage,
  • stability of aroma and taste for a longer period of time.

The oil is produced from a very early harvest, which means that the olives are harvested at the moment of highest concentration of

Production process – Mori-Tem mill with Flavour Crusher technology

All stages of production take place on site at the Kali Agri farm. The olives are sent to the mill immediately after harvesting, which allows the raw material to retain its full freshness.

The production process uses a modern Mori-Tem mill equipped with the Flavour Crusher system, which:

  • minimises the contact of the olive paste with oxygen,
  • improves the extraction of natural polyphenols,
  • protects delicate aromatic compounds,
  • increases the stability and nutritional value of the oil.

The combination of organic farming, early harvesting and premium technology gives the oil its unique character and high antioxidant activity. KALI oil stands out as an ultra-premium product.

Interpretation of test results

Independent chemical, phenolic and sensory tests confirm the exceptional quality of this oil. The results showed:

  • avery high total polyphenol content,
  • an exceptionally high bioactive index D1 (oleocanthal + oleacein),
  • an above-average level of squalene,
  • very low acidity and low oxidation,
  • a complete absence of sensory defects (Md: 0.0),
  • full compliance with the Extra Virgin and Toscano PGI categories,
