- Omega-9 (including OA – oleic acid) – 120 mg
Ingredients
Purified deep-sea fish oil (anchovies and sardines), borage seed oil (source of GLA), gel capsule (gelatin, glycerin, water), natural lemon flavouring, preservative: rosemary extract, antioxidant: d-alpha-tocopherol (vitamin E).
Directions for use
Adults: 2 capsules daily, preferably with a meal.
Recommended daily dose
2 capsules per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
