POTEUS – an organic farm from northern Greece

POTEUS is a family-run, certified organic farm in the Serres region of Greek Macedonia, specialising in the production of organic extra virgin olive oil, honey and natural bee products inspired by traditional Greek recipes.

The entire farm operates in accordance with the principles of certified organic farming – from its own olive groves and apiaries right through to the production and packaging of finished products. The producer uses only natural raw materials sourced from its own crops and the local ecosystem of the Serres region.

POTEUS Organic Propolis is a natural propolis extract in drop form, made from organic propolis sourced from the producer’s Greek apiaries. Propolis has been used for centuries in traditional folk medicine and is valued for its natural protective properties.

The product contains a high concentration of propolis and an alcohol extract that enables the effective extraction of natural active ingredients. The characteristic intense aroma and dark, amber colour are natural features of high-quality organic propolis.

A natural bee product

Propolis is a natural substance produced by bees to protect the hive from external factors. Bees use it to seal and naturally protect the hive. Traditionally, propolis has been used as an ingredient to support the body’s immune system and for skin and oral care.

POTEUS organic apiaries

Propolis is sourced from the manufacturer’s certified organic apiaries located in the Serres region of Greek Macedonia. The apiaries operate within the pristine ecosystem of northern Greece, far from industry and intensive agriculture.

• 30% organic propolis
• 70% alcohol solution

Directions

Traditional use during the autumn and winter months:
2–3 drops up to 3 times a day, added directly to herbal infusions, tea, milk or water.

Preventative use:
1–2 drops a day added to a drink.

For adults only. Do not exceed the recommended dose. This product contains alcohol. Do not use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding, or if you are allergic to bee products.
