PROPERTIES
INTERNAL USE: Slightly sedative to the central nervous system, antispasmodic, hypnotic, bactericidal.
EXTERNAL USE: Antiseptic, stimulates cell regeneration, muscle relaxant, deodorant.
INDICATIONS
INTERNAL USE In case of insomnia, nervousness, anxiety, stress, palpitations. Infections. Chronic diarrhea, even mixed in infusion for stomach pain.
EXTERNAL USE: In case of muscle spasms, insomnia, acne, skin redness, dry skin, body odor (deodorant). Air freshener.
DOSAGE AND INSTRUCTIONS
INTERNAL USE: 2-3 drops, 2 or 3 times a day, in a teaspoon of honey, a brown sugar cube or an infusion. EXTERNAL USE: Poultices, frictions, massage, etc. of the essence in alcohol, oil, etc. It can also be used in aromatic inhalations or baths.
COUNTERINDICATIONS
Not recommended in case of allergy or hypersensitivity to essential oil or to any of its components.
Not recommended during pregnancy, lactation, or in children under six years, and in patients with epilepsy, Parkinson's or other neurological diseases.
REMARKS
It can cause photosensitivity (skin overreaction to the exposure of sunlight or ultraviolet light, which manifests rapidly with burns).
