Instructions for Chewing Mastiha

How to Chew Mastiha:

2. Select a hard piece (or a few smaller ones) and chew between your front teeth until it forms a mass.
3. Then chew it like regular chewing gum.
4. You can also suck on a mastiha drop like a candy until it softens and becomes ready to chew.
5. For mastiha in concentrated distillate form, use 5 drops per glass of water.

Chewing Time:

Chew mastiha for at least 15-20 minutes. However, you can chew it much longer according to your preference.
