Where we ship
A map of places where Kreta24 customers have already received their orders – every pin is a real delivery.
Kreta24 ships from Gliwice, Poland to over 60 countries on six continents – from Berlin to Boston, from Dublin to Dubai, from Tokyo to Toronto. If your country is not on the map yet, write to us before ordering – in most cases we can still arrange delivery.
The map opens full-screen in Google My Maps when you click the icon in the top-right corner.
How we ship
- Carriers: DHL for EU countries, FedEx for the rest of the world (with full customs documentation), Nova Post for Ukraine.
- All orders are dispatched no later than the 3rd business day after ordering (Saturdays and Sundays are not business days).
- Every shipment outside the EU travels with a commercial invoice, commodity codes and a certificate of origin; shipments to the USA additionally require an FDA Prior Notice.
- Shipping cost is calculated by weight and shown at checkout before payment.
Where we do not ship
We do not ship to Russia or Belarus. Alcoholic beverages (wines, raki, tsipouro) can only be sold and shipped within Poland because of excise duty regulations.
