**Cretan Mythos Avocado Oil** is produced from Fuerte and Hass avocados grown on small farms in western Crete. It is unrefined.
Avocado is a hidden nutritional treasure in the Cretan diet. Cretan Mythos Avocado Oil is rich in vitamins and antioxidants, which remain intact due to cold pressing using traditional mechanical methods. It has a mild, buttery flavor and a greenish color from the avocados.
