Olive harvest and production process

Eliama Daily Value Premium is a high-quality gourmet extra virgin olive oil produced from selected Koroneiki olives grown in Crete. The olives are harvested by hand at the optimal moment of ripeness to maintain a balance between freshness, aroma and natural phenolic content.

Cold pressing takes place shortly after harvesting in a modern olive mill, without the use of chemicals or refining. The production process is carried out under controlled temperature conditions, which allows the sensory purity and quality stability of the oil to be maintained.

Storage and quality control

After extraction, the oil is stored in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature with limited oxygen access. These storage conditions preserve the freshness, aroma and natural properties of extra virgin olive oil until it is bottled.

Packaging

Eliama Daily Value Premium is bottled in dark glass bottles that protect the contents from light and external factors. The packaging has been selected with a view to preserving the quality and sensory properties of the oil throughout its shelf life.
