Description
Cretan Mountains extra virgin olive oil produced by the Asmarianakis family is a high-quality product made from olives grown at altitudes above 400 metres.
As wild thyme and sage grow around the olive trees, the oil has a delicate fruity aroma and the aroma of wild herbs. Its low acidity, up to 0.35%, makes it an excellent choice for salads and cooking. The harvest period lasts from 15 November to 15 December in south-eastern Crete.
