The company has created an innovative product - Sitia 0.2, which is distinguished by its intense fruity flavor, unique organoleptic characteristics, and especially low acidity of 0.2%. It is ideal for everyday use, both raw and in cooking, and also has beneficial health properties.
Agoureleo
This natural olive oil is produced from unripe, green fruits. It has an intensely green color and differs from other olive oils in taste – it is intensely bitter and spicy, with a fruity aroma. The olives are handpicked at the beginning of October, and their processing occurs on the same day. Agoureleo contains vitamins, provitamins, and polyphenols, which protect cells from acidic stress. It is most commonly consumed raw.
