This is a single-variety (monovarietal) olive oil, distinguished by an elegant, harmonious flavour profile. The aroma is dominated by notes of fresh herbs, citrus and ripe fruit. On the palate, the oil is balanced, delicately fruity, with a subtle bitterness and a slight piquancy.
