Greco gojnik from Olympus (sideritis scardica griseb) 35g ORGANIC
Description
The Latin name comes from the Greek word "sidero", which means iron.
In ancient times, it was one of the most important herbs in a military apothecary. Not only did it stimulate, but it also accelerated the healing of wounds after battle – hence the name gojnik.
It was dedicated to the gods of Olympus because it grows naturally in the mountains at an altitude of 800-2800 metres above sea level. There are 12 varieties of gojnik growing in Greece.
It is the most popular and beloved tea among Greeks, both elderly and children. It has a unique taste and aroma.
It can be drunk hot or cold, with honey or lemon. An excellent refreshing drink to start the day.
It can be consumed without restriction, i.e. there are no contraindications to its consumption.

Preparation: 1-2 sprigs of gojnik are sufficient for 500 ml of infusion. After rinsing with cold water, pour boiling water over the sprigs and steep covered for 5-7 minutes.
