Mastic Chewing Instructions

Initially, it may require some practice, but over time you will become an experienced user.

How to Chew Mastic:

1. Drink plain water before starting to chew (recommended to chew on an empty stomach, with natural stomach Ph).
2. Choose a hard piece (or several smaller ones) and chew between your front teeth until it forms a mass.
3. Then chew like classic chewing gum.
4. You can also suck on a drop of mastiha like candy until it softens and becomes ready to chew.
5. For mastiha in the form of a concentrated distillate, it is suggested to use 5 drops per glass of water.

Chewing Time:

Chew mastiha for at least 15-20 minutes. However, you can chew much longer according to your preferences.
