How to prepare the infusion

Hot tea: pour 200 ml of water at a temperature of approx. 90 °C over 1 teaspoon of dried herb (approx. 1 g), leave to infuse for 3–5 minutes, then strain.
Iced tea: use double the amount of dried leaves, brew as above, chill and serve with ice cubes as a refreshing herbal drink.
