Method of preparation

Hot tea: Pour 200 ml of water at 90 °C over 1 teaspoon of dried tea leaves (approx. 1 g), steep for 3–5 minutes, then strain.
Iced tea: use double the amount of dried leaves, brew as above, cool and serve with ice cubes as a natural, refreshing drink.
