Natural sea salt with the addition of aromatic fennel is a seasoning inspired by Mediterranean cuisine. It combines the pure, mineral flavour of salt with the delicate herbal, slightly aniseed-like aroma of fennel, making it ideal for enhancing the flavour of dishes without overpowering their ingredients.
