Product description
Tofillo Herbal Sea Salt is an aromatic blend inspired by Mediterranean cuisine. It combines natural sea salt with a blend of herbs, which perfectly enhances the flavour of dishes and gives them a distinct ‘Greek’ character.
Culinary uses
- salads (e.g. Greek salad with feta and olives)
- roasted vegetables and potatoes
- grilled and oven-baked meats
- fish and seafood
- olive oil with bread, dips and light sauces
How to use
Use instead of ordinary salt – for seasoning whilst cooking or as a finishing touch to dishes. For best results, sprinkle over the finished dish just before serving, so that the aroma of the herbs is at its most pronounced.
